This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to TrigrFlow ("Trigr", "we", "our", or "us").

TrigrFlow is a subscription-based SaaS platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation prevents future renewals
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• The account must not have engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity

Refunds are not provided for:

• Subscription renewals
• Partial billing periods
• Failure to cancel before renewal

1. Your account email address
2. Transaction ID (available in your Paddle receipt)
3. Reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abuse of automation features
• Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
