TrigrFlow operates exclusively through Meta's official APIs — the Meta Graph API and Instagram Messaging API. We do not use any form of screen scraping, browser automation, or unofficial methods to access Meta platforms.

We comply with Meta's Data Processing Terms and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures:

• All data transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption
• User access tokens encrypted at rest using AES-256
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Limited data retention — messages processed in real-time, not stored permanently

End users interacting with TrigrFlow-powered accounts are informed of automation through:

• Clear response attribution showing automated origin
• Easy opt-out mechanisms for automated messaging
• Human handoff options for complex inquiries

TrigrFlow strictly prohibits and actively prevents:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Deceptive practices (impersonation, fake engagement)
• Collection of sensitive health or financial data via messaging
• Any activity violating Meta's Platform Policies

In accordance with Meta's requirements, we maintain 24/7 monitoring and will report any security incidents or data breaches affecting Meta platform data within 24 hours to both Meta and affected users.
